Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped directly from our San Francisco store via FedEx or UPS. After orders are processed, customers will receive an email with your tracking number.
All orders are shipped Monday - Friday, and within a 24-48 hour period. We do NOT ship Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

Our goal at Leenie Rae is to satisfy our customers by having them look and feel their best. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returned items for full refund within 10 days of you receiving the merchandise. Unfortunately, we will not accept returns after 10 days. Reimbursement will be made to original payment method.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING RULES AND PROCEDURES:
1) All merchandise must be unworn, in its original condition, and with original merchandise tags still attached. If for any reason this is not met, item(s) will not be accepted and returned to customer at customer’s expense.
2) All beauty products, intimate apparels, jewelry, and SALE items are FINAL SALES, and may not be returned and/or exchanged.
3) Refund amount will only be for the cost of the returned merchandise excluding shipping charges, and will be credited to the original credit card on the order.
4) Please complete the Reason for Return form and include it with your return.
5) Include itemized receipt with packaged merchandise.
